This episode we will be sharing tips about Stress and Burnout based of the book "Key Elements of Stress, Exhaustion & Burnout but I'm Rejuvenated" by Dr Kerr. We will share some of the signs and symptoms that individuals may feel. We will also be sharing the different ways individuals can identify and cope with stress and burnout. 

Have you ever got to a point that you where experiencing things that was not normal. Such as not being able to focus, extremely tired, memory loss, migraine headaches, under the weather more then usually, not feeling like  going into work or even unhappy with the way things are going within your life or around you? 

These are some of the signs and symptoms individuals may be experiencing prolonged stress leading into being  burned out. This is a important matter to many across the world, there are so many people that have been impacted by life, environment, work and much more. When a individual can start to identify what the possibilities are they can start working on helping themselves to decrease there stress and burnout level.
